A cliche maybe, but a picture really does tell a thousand words. Gone are the days of writing pages of text for potential buyers not to read; instead, as a professional property photographer I will capture the property in a way where words are hardly needed.
With 10 years photography experience, I’m able to utilise any space and emphasize it, using ambient light along with remote fill flash whilst leading people through the property with my photography.
Being trained in interior design, I won’t just turn up and shoot, I will individually prepare each room in order for it to look its best. Whilst vendors do try and de-clutter, there is always a further element of attention to detail that I strive for.
Every photograph is professionally edited, blue skies can be added should you require them, so even on the dullest of days the property is still represented at its best, and I endeavour to get your photography back to you within 48 hours of me visiting the property. Every single photograph can be tailored to your requirements such as size, resolution or even watermarks to protect your brand.
I only ever use full frame professional D-SLR cameras. With a vast array of lenses and professional portable lighting, every detail is taken into account to capture the best in any property. I use the latest 27” iMac to digitally enhance all your photography using Adobe Professional Suite. The equipment alone would cost an individual estate agent in excess of £12,000, then there would be the expense of years of training in how to get the best out of the software, and how to compose, dress and light a room to the highest of standards.
I’m confident that my professional photography will help gain more viewings on any property, which in turn will sell properties faster and make your brand become more professional.
